Shipping Information

All orders placed with Planet Peptide will be shipped via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation. Orders placed before 12 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated after receiving your tracking information. If any products are out of stock causing a delay in shipping, we will notify you.

Please note, larger orders may require additional verification. Orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery.


Domestic Shipping

Planet Peptide offers the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 4-5 business days – $5.50
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days – $8.75
  • UPS Ground: 3 business days – $13.75
  • UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days – $17.00
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1-2 business days – $26.75
  • USPS Overnight: 1-2 business days – $48.75


We also offer a FREE USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping option for USA Domestic orders over $400. The time of arrival estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, excluding any USPS / UPS delays or holidays.

Planet Peptide makes no guarantees regarding delivery times once your order has left our warehouse. We use third-party shipping providers that sometimes experience delays beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Planet Peptide does not make any type of guarantee or claims regarding the outcome of your research project. There is potential for degradation if the items are handled improperly, so we are unable to resell products that have been handled by the purchaser. Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back. We stand behind all our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have an issue with a particular product(s) you purchased, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus the initial shipping charge, or exchange for the same or lesser value. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a refund. All refunds must be pre-approved in advance.  If you need any type of return or refund, you must contact us via email for additional information on the process. Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible, usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.

Should you happen to receive a shipment that is missing an item, please contact us immediately so we can send out the missing item. The shipping will be on us as a way to apologize for the inconvenience. All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
